Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Your appointment has been scheduled for a specific time period to ensure the maximum benefit is achieved for the treatment you are having. If you arrive late you will lose valuable treatment time as we have to consider the next appointment.  Please ensure that your mobile phone is turned off to ensure that all of our clients remain relaxed during their appointments.


If you are pregnant, suffer from high blood pressure, are using Retin-A Accutane, photosensitizing  or keraclytic medications, have any injuries or recent laser or plastic surgeries, please let us know so that we can consider the effect on your treatments.


You will be popular with a Face It Skin Therapy Gift Voucher, the perfect present for those passionate about pampering and skin wellness. We can make out a Gift Vouchers for any amount or service. Our Gift Vouchers are transferrable but not refundable and have a 6 month expiration period from the time of purchase. Please know that our Gift Vouchers are like cash, if you lose it we will not be able to redeem it. All vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment. Unfortunately we cannot redeem expired Gift Vouchers so please ensure that you have contacted us prior to the date of expiry.


Please be aware that our time is stock and when we lose it we cannot replace it. We make certain that we have expert therapists employed to ensure that you obtain the maximum benefit from your treatments. As a service to our clients we provide emails 5 days prior and an SMS reminder 48 hours prior to appointments to ensure you are respectfully reminded of your appointment. (for those clients who have provided emails and mobile numbers) We understand that at times things are out of our hands and the unexpected occurs. However, as we need to pay for our therapists time we greatly appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel your appointment.

We request your credit card details to secure all appointments, however, no charge is taken until the appointment is completed or there has been a late cancellation . Any "LATE" cancellations or “no shows” will attract a cancellation fee. This fee is 50% for a late cancellation in the 24 hours prior to the booked appoointment or full fee for no shows or late cancelled gift vouchers.


Our Feather Touch Brow tattoos are conducted over a period of 6-8 weeks. You will be required to book a seperate initial consultation (fee's apply) which takes roughly 45 minutes. At this time we will assess any contra-indications which may affect the outcome of your brow tattoo service. We will discuss your desired eyebrow shape and colour, complete an eyebrow wax and tint and book or confirm your initial treatment appointment as well as the complimentary touch up visit. Due to the importance of the two appoitnments being completed within 6-8 weeks, we have a STRICT cancellation policy to ensure we can fit you within the timeframe and ensure your desired results are achieved. Your touch up appointment is complimentary to complete your service. We require 72 hours' notice if needing to reschedule Brow Feathering appointments.
